Important Guidance on Online Tickets and Entry
We look forward to welcoming you to Retford Little Theatre. To ensure a quick and smooth entry into the auditorium, please take a moment to review our ticketing guidelines:
- Your Ticket is the QR Code: When booking online via TicketSource, you will receive a confirmation email containing your e-ticket(s). The QR code included in your ticket email is your entry pass and is required for scanning on the night of the performance. Booking confirmation receipts or letterheads alone cannot be scanned for entry.
- Displaying Your Ticket: You can present your ticket in two ways:
1. On a mobile device: Have the email containing your ticket open with the QR code visible on screen as you enter the auditorium.
2. Printed copy: Bring a clear printout showing the QR code(s) for your booking. - Multiple Seats: If you have booked tickets for a group or multiple seats, ensure you have the QR code for each seat ready to be scanned.
- Arriving Without a Valid Ticket: If you are unable to present your ticket or QR code upon arrival, you may experience delays while our Front of House team and Box Office manually verify your reservation.
Prefer Not to Book Online?
Online booking is quick and convenient, but traditional booking options remain fully available. You are always welcome to book tickets:
- In Person: Visit our Box Office during opening hours prior to and during show weeks.
- By Phone: Call the Box Office during opening hours on 01777 702002.
- By Email: Email the Box Office at any time
Member Online Booking Access
Account Recognition: To access member booking privileges online, your full name and email address must match our membership records exactly. If you encounter difficulties with online booking, please contact us by another means.

Opening Hours: 6:00pm – 8:00pm weekdays during the week before a production and during play week, and Saturday preceding each play 10:00am – 12:00 noon (see the Season of Plays page for exact dates).
Members’ Postal Bookings
Please send a stamped, addressed envelope to the Box Office, Retford Little Theatre, Wharf Road, Retford, DN22 6EN.
Alternatively, please collect your tickets on arrival on the performance evening.

Under 25s Members: £3.00
Adult Non-Members: £15.00
