What to Expect on 4th September
- In-Person Sign-Ups: Our committee will be on hand to answer questions, guide you through options, and process membership applications on the spot.
- Meet the Team: Chat informally with current producers, actors, technicians and front-of-house volunteers.
- Find Your Role: Discover how your skills fit—whether that’s set construction, props, lighting, acting, or box office.
- Theatre Tours: If you’re interested, we can arrange for you to explore areas usually hidden from the public—from dressing rooms and backstage to the lighting and sound booths and set-building area. Please let us know in advance by emailing

You can still secure your membership and get involved anytime!
- Apply by Post or In-Person: Download a membership form directly from our site or drop into the Box Office during opening hours.
- Contact Us: Call the Box Office on 01777 702002 or email to request an application pack sent to your door.
- Register Interest Online: Tick the volunteer options on your membership form, and a committee member will get in touch to set up an informal walkthrough!
